JOB SUMMARY:

The Director, Client Implementation & Solution Onboarding is a high-impact leadership role responsible for delivering and continuously optimizing Virtix Health’s end-to-end solutions. This role sits at the intersection solution design, implementation, and client success to ensure every client interaction builds trust, delivers value, and sets the foundation for long-term partnership. As the central point of accountability, the Director leads design of scalable solutions, oversees seamless implementations, and ensures payer / provider clients achieve rapid time-to-value and operational success with Virtix Health’s platform and services. Reporting to the Senior Director, Solution Architecture, this leader will drive standardization, elevate the implementation experience, and build a repeatable, scalable function that acts as a strategic growth engine. The Director will lead a growing team and play a critical role in accelerating revenue, enhancing client satisfaction, and supporting the continued expansion of Virtix Health.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Location: Remote with US Only

Travel Required: 5-10%

Duties and Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new payer / provider clients and expansion initiatives, encompassing service delivery, platform integration, and onboarding.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams (Product, Operations, IT, Compliance, Reporting) to ensure execution against defined goals, with adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
  • Drive timely, high-quality completion of onboarding activities by leading platform integrations and service configurations via alignment, transparency, and executional excellence.
  • Develop and deliver tailored solution collateral, architecture diagrams, and data-driven presentations that clearly communicate Virtix Health’s value proposition and differentiation.

Standardization & Process Optimization

  • Create and maintain standardized playbooks, solution frameworks, project templates, and communication protocols to ensure consistency and scalability across all implementations.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as speed to delivery, speed to revenue, client satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by integrating client feedback, operational insights, and data analytics into ongoing enhancements of implementation practices.

Client Engagement & Leadership

  • Act as trusted solutions partner for payer / provider clients, aligning expectations and contractual commitments.
  • Translate contractual arrangements into actionable, tactical execution plans, driving clear communication and accountability across client and internal teams.
  • Foster a high-performing, client-centric culture of collaboration and executional rigor while proactively identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks.
  • Translate client needs into solution designs, leveraging deep payer / provider operational expertise.
  • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day direction for a growing Implementation team.

By designing and operationalizing a repeatable, best-in-class onboarding process, the Director will directly influence solution delivery and client retention, revenue acceleration, and long-term success to position Virtix Health as the partner of choice for payer / provider organizations.

Do you have what it takes:

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in implementation, client delivery, or program management, preferably within a healthcare payer / provider or technology/vendor environment.
  • Deep expertise in payer / provider operations, including familiarity with key regulatory frameworks (e.g., CMS, HHS, NCQA, OIG) and emerging value-based care delivery models.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills and executive presence with a track record of building trust, managing expectations, and guiding clients through complex solution deployments with clarity and confidence.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools (i.e. Smartsheet, Agile).
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data analysis and business intelligence to inform solution design, optimize delivery, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement, standardization, and scalability.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a high-growth, fast-paced setting.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Health Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred (may be required to obtain within first year of role)

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time)
  • Subject to inside environmental conditions
  • Travel for this position will likely be up to 50%

Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
