JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager, Client Implementation plays a critical role in delivering seamless, high-quality onboarding experiences for Virtix Health’s payer and provider clients. Reporting to the Director of Client Implementation & Solution Onboarding, this role is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of client implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of platform and service configurations. The Manager will serve as a key client-facing leader, translating solution designs into actionable plans and driving operational excellence throughout the onboarding lifecycle. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and is passionate about improving healthcare delivery through technology.

Location: Remote within US Only

Travel Required: 5-10%

Overview:

The Manager, Client Implementation plays a critical role in delivering seamless, high-quality onboarding experiences for Virtix Health’s payer and provider clients. Reporting to the Director of Client Implementation & Solution Onboarding, this role is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of client implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of platform and service configurations. The Manager will serve as a key client-facing leader, translating solution designs into actionable plans and driving operational excellence throughout the onboarding lifecycle. Duties and Responsibilities:

Implementation Execution

  • Manage the full implementation lifecycle for assigned clients, including onboarding, platform configuration, and service activation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, IT, Operations, Reporting) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones
  • Track and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving risks
  • Support the development and delivery of client-facing documentation, including solution overviews, integration guides, and onboarding materials

Client Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and high satisfaction
  • Translate client requirements into executable tasks, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate throughout the onboarding process

Process Improvement & Standardization

  • Contribute to development and refinement of implementation playbook and templates
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve quality, and enhance the client experience
  • Capture and share client feedback to inform continuous improvement of implementation processes

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with the Director to escalate issues, share insights, and support strategic initiatives
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client-first thinking

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client implementation, project management, or client delivery, preferably in healthcare or health tech
  • Strong understanding of payer / provider operations and healthcare data workflows
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Gantt charts)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time)
  • Subject to inside environmental conditions
  • Travel for this position will likely be up to 5-10%

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
