Engineering Associate III – Civil
Location: Eden Prairie, MN or Remote
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Range: $82,000 – $96,000 / Salary (based on experience)

We’re looking for an Engineering Associate III – Civil with 2–4 years of experience in site design, grading, and stormwater management to take on greater responsibility in utility-scale solar projects. This is a chance to step up in your career—leading design tasks, mentoring junior engineers, and engaging with clients while delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Execute civil design and drafting with independence, including grading, stormwater, and layout.

• Perform quality control reviews and provide mentorship to Engineering Associates I & II.

• Support client communication and technical coordination with project managers.

• Prepare engineering reports such as SWPPP, stormwater management, and Basis of Design.

• Optimize site designs for efficiency, compliance, and constructability.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).

• 2–4 years of civil engineering/site design experience.

• Proficiency in Civil 3D (grading, stormwater, drainage, hydrology).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and collaborating on complex projects.
