JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Client Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Client Services team by leading resolution efforts for complex client issues, mentoring team members, and driving operational improvements. This role serves as a subject matter expert across key service areas, with a particular focus on the Appeals product line, which represents a significant portion of departmental volume. The Senior Coordinator collaborates cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate, and client-focused service delivery.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

This role may require extended periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 20 lbs) may be necessary. Must be able to communicate effectively and perform repetitive hand movements.
