What does the job involve?

Ensure effective management of all contracts supporting the operation and maintenance (O&M) phase of the Baltyk 2 and 3 offshore wind projects. The role is critical for delivering the O&M strategy and maintaining compliance with Joint Venture (JV) agreements and operational standards.

What will my tasks be?

Within this position, your key tasks will be to:

Contract Oversight

  • Manage all O&M-related contracts (e.g., service agreements, balance of plant, logistics).

  • Act as the primary escalation point for contractual issues on behalf of the Joint Venture.

  • Ensure compliance with Operations & Maintenance Service Agreement.

Interface & Coordination

  • Collaborate with technical representatives to align contract execution with operational needs.

  • Liaise with internal functions (finance, legal, compliance) for invoicing and governance.

Procurement & Negotiation

  • Represent O&M Team in all procurement processes for new contracts and renewals, incl. negotiation terms and conditions with suppliers in line with internal requirements.

Risk & Compliance

  • Monitor contractual risks and ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

  • Be a go-to-person for insurance claims and related contractual obligations.

Reporting

  • Provide regular updates on contract performance and compliance to the stakeholders.

  • Bachelor och Master studies in a relevant subject area.

  • 7+ years' experience in contract management.

  • Strong knowledge of contract management, compliance, and risk management.

  • Experience in operations and maintenance within (offshore) wind or similar industries.

  • Ability to manage multi-party agreements and interface with technical and commercial teams.

  • Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures in big organizations.

  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent Polish and English language spoken and written.

You have either a technical background with commercial mindset and good understanding of contract negotiations or a commercial background with good understanding of technical aspects of the wind farm operations.

Please note that phone screening and formal interviews will not take place for this role until January / beginning of February to allow for the holiday period.
