This position combines retail gift shop, food/beverage and admissions sales associate duties.

Responsible for greeting guests, helping ticket and stock merchandise, assisting guests with purchases by providing product information, ringing sales, taking and preparing food and beverage orders, and providing an exceptional experience. Must be flexible and willing to help in several areas as needed.

• Greet guests
• Communicate knowledge of product
• Operate a point of sale system accurately and efficiently
• Keep work space clean and organized
• Assist with preparing product for the sales floor
• Restock product as needed
• Take food and beverage orders
• Prepare and serve orders
• Be friendly and focused on guest experience
• Be willing to work as part of a team

Requirements

• 16 years of age or older
• Punctual, reliable
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to be productive during slow periods
• Able to lift light loads (25 lbs.,) stand for long periods (5+ hrs.,) bend/squat, reach and climb/descend stairs
• Able to follow direction and communicate relevant information
• Able to positively engage with guests to promote sales and take food and beverage orders
• Able to maintain hygiene and personal appearance consistent with policies outlined in the Team Member Handbook
• Able to follow daily tasks as outlined in the food and beverage/retail standard operating procedures
• Able to work weekends, occasional holidays and school vacations
• Assist with trucks and deliveries when needed
• Desire to have fun while creating a memorable experience
