Security Scanners are responsible for checking guests bags to make sure they contain nothing dangerous or illegal before entry into the park.

Story Land - Security Scanners

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

Roles & Responsibilities - include but are not limited to:

• Deter individuals from bringing illegal, prohibited, or unauthorized items into the park
• Respond appropriately in the event of adverse reactions from a bag owner.
• Interact with guests to create a positive “wait” experience by engaging in upbeat conversations
• Answer common questions and concerns about the parks bag search procedures

Requirements:

• 16 years or older
• Able to communicate and receive direction/instructions in English
• Able to stand on feet for prolonged periods of time
• Capable of working outside: rain or shine, hot or cold
• Capable of lifting 25 lbs and bending / squatting occasionally
