A CSUSAI HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative drives revenue by prospecting, selling, and renewing commercial preventative maintenance agreements. They build long-term client relationships, analyze client needs, and present proposals, acting as a technical advisor, supporting equipment reliability and energy efficiency, through a well-trained technician base.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying potential commercial clients and closing preventative maintenance agreements.

Proposal Development: Preparing and delivering customized maintenance proposals (PM’s) and service agreements (SLA’s).

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term trust with building owners and property managers to maintain and renew contracts.

Technical Assessment: Conducting site visits to inspect HVAC systems and determine efficiency/needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Aptitude: A strong understanding of prospecting/selling, customer relations and soft skills. Some knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems and maintenance needs is helpful.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting proposals.

Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage a sales territory and follow up on leads.

Sales Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and experienced in service sales.

Performance Metrics:

New Sales: Number of new maintenance agreements acquired.

Retention Rate: Percentage of renewed maintenance contracts.

Sales Activity: Number of site visits, cold calls, and proposals submitted
