Position Summary

As a laborer, you will assist with the maintenance of various buildings (maintaining facilities, grounds keeping, assisting craft personnel) on commercial and / or industrial sites.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

· Utilize hand and power tools for the installation of various systems.

· Keep work area clean and organized.

· Assist with loading and unloading materials and staging on the jobsite.

· Ability to work from ladders, man lifts at various heights.

· Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned.

· Assist with all facilities related maintenance upkeep.

Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications

· 1 years of experience preferred.

· High school diploma or GED preferred.

· Ability to operate grass maintenance Equipment.

· OSHA 10 hour preferred.

· Familiarity with hand and power tools including tape measures preferred.

· Basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, to perform routine measurements and calculations. Ability to work with fractions, percentages, and decimals.

· Maintain a positive, cooperative and teachable attitude

· Initiative; self-motivated (driven), self-starter.

· Requires basic mechanical aptitude, mathematical and English language skills.

· Complies and promotes company Safety Policy

· Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to work overtime if needed (and approved)

· Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 80 lbs.

· Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening

· Ability to pass MVR check

· Ability to pass a physical ability test

· Ability to travel, as needed, for projects
