Fieldstone Veterinary Center is a close-knit small-animal practice tucked away in the beautiful, lake-front town of New Fairfield, CT. Led by Dr. Raver and supported by our rock-star hospital manager, Lauren, we pair high-quality medicine with a fun, collaborative culture where mentorship and laughter go hand in hand.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive full-time salary range of $120,000- $140,000, plus 20% production. Our compensation package is designed to reward your experience and contributions while supporting a healthy work-life balance.

• A new graduate eager to learn, or an experienced DVM looking to mentor and grow

• A vet who’s comfortable (or ready to become comfortable) with radiographs, dentals, wellness care, and sick visits

• A great communicator who thrives in a team environment

• Someone open to occasional Saturday shifts as we expand hours

Qualifications 

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) required. 

• Compassionate, team-oriented approach. 

• Ability to lift 40+ lbs.

Responsibilities  

• Lead and mentor the veterinary team while upholding medical standards.  

• Develop and implement medical protocols.  

• Perform routine and advanced surgeries.  

• Interpret lab results to support accurate diagnoses.  

• Educate and build strong relationships with clients.
