Job Summary
NotaryCam is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee our support team. This role is critical in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our support operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of support agents, monitoring performance, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, this role involves managing and coordinating operational/business strategies and activities for a functional or geographic segment (ex. division) of the organization.
Salary Range: $65-75K
Ideal candidate will be based in the Western US or willing to work West Coast hours.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages and coordinates department operation activities
- Participates in developing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures for the department
- Assigns or delegates responsibilities for specified work or functional activities and ensures attainment of operating goals
- Serves as a resource in providing work direction and assistance in resolving issues as they arise
- Supervises the daily activities of support or team members
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities for direct reports
- Problem solving is guided by policies and procedures; receives guidance and oversight from manager
- Applies operational business practices and coordinates with other closely related areas to improve efficiency
- Impacts the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team and its contribution to the department
- Uses judgment to identify, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems
- Explains information, conveys performance expectations and handles sensitive issues
- Has formal supervisory responsibilities; coordinates resources and sets daily priorities of direct reports to meet operational objectives
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred; Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role
- Real Estate and Title industry experience is required
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with notarial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and remote collaboration tools.
