We’re looking for a Sr. Director of HRIS & HR Operations to lead our global HR tech strategy and keep our people processes running like clockwork. You’ll own our HR systems, data, and core operations — making sure they’re scalable, efficient, and designed for an amazing employee experience.

What you’ll do:

• Own and optimize our global HR tech stack and integrations.
• Lead all HR operations — from onboarding to exits — with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
• Partner across HR, IT, and Finance to streamline workflows and improve service.
• Build dashboards and insights that help leaders make smart talent decisions.
• Lead and grow a high-performing global HRIS & Ops team.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years in HR, with 5+ years leading HRIS and Ops at scale.
• Expertise in major HCM systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, UKG, etc.).
• Proven track record driving process improvement and system optimization.
• Skilled at turning data into actionable insights.
• Strong communicator and change leader who thrives in a global setting.
