First Aid staff answer and respond to calls for service in a safe, timely manner and provide the best patient care possible for a positive outcome.

We are currently looking for a:

 

Story Land - EMT

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

Roles & Responsibilities- Include but are not limited to

• Provide basic first aid to ill and injured guests
• Assist operations staff with various procedures, such as ride evacuation and incident investigation
• Ensure a safe and fun environment for team members and guests
• Interface with various departments and outside emergency medical agencies to coordinate care
• Maintain inventory, including restocking First Aid areas
• Monitor integrity of supplies daily
• Comfort guests and family members
• Physically able to walk about three miles a day
• Compose a patient care report and take notes of the medical treatment given to guests
• Manage an accurate daily log
• Clean and manage First Aid one and two
• Change linens

Requirements:

• 18+
• NH EMS providers license, including current CPR certification
• National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Patience with all age groups
• Motivated
• Safety-minded
• Able to take initiative
• Team- Oriented
• Able to communicate and receive direction/instructions in English
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking
