Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking a Client Project Administrator to be part of our Shareholder Mail (SHM) team.  As a Client Project Administrator, you’ll not only ensure flawless execution of client campaigns but also gain exposure to cutting-edge processes in financial communications. This role offers a chance to sharpen your analytical, organizational, and project management skills while contributing to projects that directly impact millions of investors. Responsibilities:

  • Work collectively with SHM Relationship Administrators to coordinate all aspects of client campaigns

  • Learn and complete Broadridge tasks with high accuracy such as job setups, quantity verifications, DDS print requests, file and change loads, host and post e-mails while being able to assist other teams during busy periods

  • Conduct thorough data QC verifications on all quarterly business reviews

  • Be available to participate in Broadridge disaster recovery testing outside normal business hours

  • Facilitate Streetlink mailings on behalf of our clients

  • Build and/or QC client mailing affidavits and QBR’s

  • Complete client reporting on a monthly basis

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a Client Support position

  • Experience in the financial industry required

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Excel, specifically Pivot Tables and V-Lookups

  • Knowledge of Proxy Plus, WMS and ICS Online a plus

  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and follow through with different internal teams to meet deadlines

  • A self-starter with the capability to thrive in a dynamic working environment

  • Highly adaptable and team-oriented

  • Values being part of a diverse team

  • Some schedule flexibility may be required

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $26/hr - $28/hr. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
