What We’re Looking For
Graduate or graduating from an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) with less than a year of practice as an RN.
Eligible for RN licensure in Virginia or West Virginia.
Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to lifelong learning.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
