Position Overview:
As a Clinic Director at one of our Kids Clinics, you will have the opportunity to lead an amazing team of pediatric clinicians while you work with a wide variety of children ranging in age from birth through 21 years. Treatment is individualized to each patient, as sessions are one-to-one, allowing you to be flexible with their plan of care. We encourage you to invite parents and caregivers into sessions, so that they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Our clinics are comprised of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. This allows you the opportunity to work together to drive patient success. This can include co-treatment when it is clinically appropriate. 

What You Will Need: 

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Program
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP in respective state
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
• Passion for leading and mentoring others
• An appetite for continuous learning and growth
