Essential Functions & Basic Duties:
1. Salesforce Strategy & Architecture
Define and own the Salesforce roadmap aligned to company strategy and growth objectives
Design scalable architecture across business development, recruiting, and operations workflows
Establish and maintain data models, system structure, and governance standards
Evaluate and lead build vs. buy decisions, integrations, and platform enhancements
Ensure system performance, scalability, and long-term sustainability
2. Business Process Translation & Optimization
Partner with business leaders to translate workflows into clear, scalable system solutions
Lead discovery sessions to define and refine:
Pipeline stages and stage advancement criteria
Workflow standardization across regions
Conversion tracking and reporting logic
Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes to improve productivity, data quality, and outcomes
Ensure alignment between business processes, system workflows, and reporting outputs
3. Change Management & Adoption (Core Pillar)
Own end-to-end change management for all system and process initiatives
Translate system changes into clear, role-specific expectations for end users
Drive adoption of standardized workflows, data entry requirements, and system usage
Partner with leadership to reinforce accountability and behavioral change
Develop and execute training, communication, and enablement strategies
Monitor adoption, data quality, and process adherence—intervening where gaps exist
Ensure leaders are coaching to the system and using it to drive performance
4. Hands-On Salesforce Execution
Lead and directly contribute to Salesforce configuration and administration, including:
Objects, fields, page layouts
Flows, automation, and validation rules
Reporting and dashboards
Build and test solutions, including prototypes and iterative improvements
Manage releases, QA, and ongoing system enhancements
Support integrations and ensure data integrity across systems
5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment
Serve as a strategic partner to Business Development, Recruiting, Operations, and Finance leadership
Facilitate alignment across regions to drive consistency in how we operate
Act as a thought partner to leadership on how systems can improve performance and decision-making
Lead through influence—driving clarity, alignment, and accountability
6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Regularly assess system performance, usage, and effectiveness
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance visibility
Introduce automation, AI, and predictive capabilities as data maturity improves
Stay current on Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
Clear, standardized workflows and stage definitions adopted across the organization
Measurable improvement in data quality, system adoption, and reporting accuracy
Increased visibility into pipeline, conversion rates, and forecasting
Reduction in workflow inefficiencies and manual work
Strong alignment between leadership, process, and system execution
Leadership Profile
Operates with both strategic clarity and operational rigor

Qualifications:
8–12+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, business systems, or CRM leadership roles.
Deep expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud required; Service Cloud and integrations a plus).
Proven ability to translate business processes into scalable technical solutions.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, and reporting.
Strong understanding of data modeling, system design, and integrations.
Experience leading change management and driving system adoption.
Ability to operate at both a strategic and execution level.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Proficient in designing, building, and maintaining reports and dashboards using Salesforce and other business intelligence tools.
Hands-on experience with system integrations, workflow automation, and identity management solutions such as Okta and Azure Active Directory.
Proven track record of successfully leading projects while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on effective problem-solving and thorough documentation.
Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
Interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building skills.
Service-oriented, detail-oriented, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to demonstrate good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining optimal solutions.
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions:
10-15% travel required.
This position is full-time (40 hours per week). Responsibilities may require adjustment to work schedule, such as evenings/weekend hours to meet productivity goals as needed.
Regular presence in office is required. A hybrid work schedule is available, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office, but in-office requirements may vary on a weekly basis.
Must be able to communicate accurately for up to 6 to 8 hours per day.
Engage with co-workers and vendors via phone, video call, email, and/or text on a timely and regular basis, and be able to compile and provide verbal and written confirmations of information 67-100% of the time.
Must be able to review emails, web pages, reports, invoices, presentations, and other items or people either virtually or in person up to 8 hours per day.
