The Operations Supervisor oversees a team of Payment & Operations Specialists, managing HR responsibilities and conducting interviews. They maintain reports and tracking logs and provide coaching and support to team members. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the team meets performance standards and acts as the first point of escalation for any issues.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises direct reports of a team of Payment & Operations Specialists.
Works with HR to handle all HR responsibilities of their direct reports, including payroll, corrective action, leaves of absence, performance reviews, etc.
Interviews Payment & Ops Specialist candidates.
Runs applicable one-on-ones and monthly team meetings.
Maintains reports and tracking logs for the payment and operations team(s).
Side-by-side observations and coaching sessions with Payment & Ops Specialists.
First point of escalation for payment and operations team(s).
Works with Call Center Manager to manage the performance of their team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 4 years of professional office experience
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably with research and/or payment application background.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
