The VP of ABA Operations will own a $30M+ P&L across 4 states (Virginia, Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio), with the opportunity to grow across the broader Ivy footprint. This role will report to the Division President of Pediatric Operations and be a member of our Operations Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include driving operational excellence and results to care for and deliver best-in-class pediatric therapy to our patients and families.

Job Description:

We depend on our VP of ABA Operations to:  

Define Service Line Strategy & Vision  

  • Define & implement a growth strategy to drive delivery of high-quality ABA services as part of an interdisciplinary model of care  

  • Identify emerging trends and best practices in ABA, incorporating these insights to drive operations and maintain a competitive edge  

Provide Visionary Leadership for Talent Development:  

  • Lead and inspire directors at all levels within the territory (RD/AD/CD) in cultivating a talent-centric culture aligned with organizational values o Drive visionary leadership initiatives for talent management, leadership development, and team building to ensure a People First approach across the territory   

Champion Clinical Excellence and Industry Standards:  

  • Uphold and champion adherence to Ivy's clinical and industry standards

  • Monitor and enhance patient outcomes and clinical performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development  

Strategic Growth Leadership:  

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and execute strategic growth plans, inclusive of de novos and acquisitions 

  • Spearhead the development of strategic plans to drive Territory-wide Service Growth (SSG) and support directors at all levels in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities  

  • Cultivate internal and external partnerships to drive patient referrals and enhance the organization's brand presence  

 

Oversee Operational Excellence:  

  • Assume responsibility for the overall operational performance of all clinics within the territory  

  • Oversee performance of all clinics in your territory in collaboration with RDs and engage with peers to achieve regional targets and objectives, ensuring operational excellence throughout the organization. 

Qualified candidates will possess the following:  

  • A minimum of five (5) years of regional clinical leadership experience  

  • Experience operating a P&L in a fast-paced, high-growth environment  

  • Ownership mentality and results-oriented, able to overcome obstacles  

  • Highly skilled in diplomacy, influencing, and collaborating in decision-making processes  

  • Proven analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and quantitative abilities  

  • Experience in opening de novo clinics, driving acquisition integration, and/or leading clinic turnaround  

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the willingness and commitment to exceed expectations, learn and professionally grow  

  • Experience in ABA or pediatric / behavioral therapy is strongly preferred
