Job Description Summary:
The Program Supervisor is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) responsible for delivering a full range of clinical services to children and adolescents in their assigned cottage. They are assigned as the primary clinician/case manager for children and adolescents in a cottage program. They have the overall responsibility for the cottage treatment team, cottage residents, program fidelity and the milieu of the cottage. They have broad based authority and responsibility for the therapeutic program. They provide services to individuals impacted by a variety of behavioral health (addiction/substance abuse and mental health) issues, recognizing that the individuals we serve often times have experienced trauma that affects their development and adjustment. They demonstrates a warm and welcoming empathic, hopeful attitude, conveying a philosophy of recovery. They will be trained in trauma-informed care and will work to help provide services in an environment that is sensitive and responsive which will prevent victimization, abuse, or trauma as a result of the care received. They report administratively to the Clinical Supervisor of Turnaround Ranch.
