Location: Jeffersontown KY

Shifts:
• 1st shift Monday through Thursday 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• 2nd shift Monday through Thursday 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM

What we are hiring for:
• Resource Team Members
• Material Handlers
• Aluminum Router Team Members

What you need:
• At least 1 year of forklift experience for most roles
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work on your feet
• Comfortable reading work instructions and keeping basic records
• Good attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
• High school diploma or GED

Experience with CNC equipment, material handling, or industrial maintenance is a plus but not required for every role.

What you will do:
• Move materials safely and keep inventory accurate
• Support production lines with loading, packing, or routing aluminum
• Follow work instructions and maintain quality and safety standards
• Cross train and support different areas as needed
