E08Position Summary
CNM Ingenuity (CNMI) revolves around revenue generation, sales maximization, customer base expansion, and inventory optimization. This position works autonomously, overseeing operational and project needs, ensuring quality control, superior customer service, and efficient daily operations. This role identifies and manages departmental projects/programs, cultivates partnerships with external and internal stakeholders, strategic planning, and adapts to evolving business landscapes. The position entails comprehensive operational and managerial duties, encompassing operations, customer service, event management, personnel supervision, workflow optimization, website administration (propsandfilm.org), technology troubleshooting, inventory management, sales, purchasing, data analysis, and strategic planning, all while embracing an entrepreneurial mindset.Duties & Responsibilities
Manages daily operational functions, including fiscal planning, budget tracking, and operational projections.
Oversees personnel aspects such as hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and team building.
Establishes suitable goals, action plans, and timelines for projects.
Develops training and improvement plans, mentoring staff for ongoing development needs.
Ensures proper staffing and optimization of customer service.
Implements inventory controls and oversees equipment distribution and office space assignments.
Monitors organizational needs, prioritizes, schedules, plans, and troubleshoots business matters.
Maintains a stable, productive, and safe work environment, ensuring adherence to operational policies and procedures.
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal personnel laws and safety regulations.
Prioritizes short and long-term planning to facilitate business growth and meet operational needs.
Manages and guides strategy implementation, acting as a change agent in strategic projects.
Creates and measures outcomes, conducting continuous assessments for improvement.
Serves as the point of contact for emergencies, issues, inquiries, and problem-solving.
Develops a long-term engagement strategy and manages relationships with stakeholders.
Engages stakeholders systematically to elicit views on needs, past performance issues, and future opportunities.
Analyzes potential stakeholders, assesses partnership viability, and manages emerging and established relationships.
Plans and assesses the viability of projects/programs within initiatives, considering startup and maintenance costs.
Establishes short and long-range project/program goals and objectives, monitoring and evaluating effectiveness.
Communicates essential information to management and acts as a liaison to stakeholders, staff, students, customers, and vendors.
Possesses technical aptitude to support various equipment and systems, overseeing equipment maintenance and inventory management.
Maintains records on fleet vehicles, handling their maintenance, procurement, and disposal.
Ensures fleet vehicles' compliance with regulations and conducts training as needed.
Researches and identifies viable vehicles for purchase and assists in assessing fleet replacement strategies.
Provides 24/7 availability for emergencies and unforeseen situations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
OR
and up to three (3) years of related experience
A combination of education and experience may be substituted for the requirements of the position
