Our current director is active military and has been called to serve which is why the opportunity is open. As the Clinic Director, you are an integral part of the Ivy Rehab team. You will inspire and lead your team, ensure exceptional patient care experiences, drive growth, and lead the clinic to operational excellence. You are a dedicated and compassionate leader with a dual focus on clinical excellence and operational success that will contribute to our mission of inspiring and enabling people to live their life to the fullest.

• Tax-free Student Loan Repayment, Sign-on Bonus, or Relocation options offered for this opportunity (up to $20,000!)
• $90,000 to $110,000 base salary (please note: salaries depend on experience, specialty, education, and organizational need)
• Generous quarterly and annual bonus structure (uncapped earning potential and starts at $6K annually for our CDs)
