Join Ivy Rehab Network as an outpatient Physical Therapist and deliver individualized, evidence-based care to patients across a wide range of diagnoses. You'll work in a collaborative, supportive environment that encourages growth, autonomy, and clinical specialization.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans
• Work with patients in their recovery timelines, our schedule allows for ample one-on-one patient/ PT care.
• Have close community relations with the population of Guilford through community outreach. (Running Clubs, Lunch and Learns, Chamber of Commerce Meetings)
• Track outcomes and maintain documentation in Raintree, our EMR system
• Collaborate with referring providers and teammates to optimize care
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and self-management

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program
