Do you thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven sales environment? FOX Rent A Car is looking for motivated sales professionals who can deliver excellent customer service while maximizing revenue. As a Rental Sales Agent, you’ll engage directly with customers, recommend vehicle upgrades and protection products, and close every transaction with confidence—creating a smooth and memorable rental experience.

Pay: $14.00/ hour + uncapped commission - Average Earnings: up to $40,000+ annually (top performers earn more)

What You’ll Do

• Drive revenue by educating customers on our vehicle fleet, coverage options, and ancillary products

• Confidently offer upgrades, protection products, and services on every transaction

• Guide customers through the rental process quickly, accurately, and professionally

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a strong sales mindset

• Maximize each customer interaction to increase performance and earnings

What You Bring

• Proven sales ability or a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role

• Customer-facing experience in sales, hospitality, service, or tourism

• Confident communication skills and comfort with face-to-face selling

• Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
