About the Function:

Our Sales team love building relationships, connecting with customers to sell our much-loved brands in new and vibrant markets where they can thrive. They help sell our iconic brands across 180 countries every year.

We’re operating across different markets, channels, and areas of expertise. Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship with Trade Solutions, ensuring data accuracy in point-of-sale execution measurements and delivering monthly reports.

• Conduct training sessions for the sales force on execution standards, measurement criteria, and results interpretation.

• Analyse and propose distributor performance targets across key variables, identifying monthly incentive eligibility based on results.

• Design incentive plans for distributors and Diageo’s commercial team aligned with business goals.

• Collaborate with the GDBS team to ensure accurate and consistent publication of commercial data.

• Lead the implementation of the ISSY application for tracking Execution Standards and Sales Drivers.

• Deliver training on ISSY usage and the associated web reporting tool.

• Analyse Nielsen market data to define in-store share targets per distributor, assess competitive performance, and provide insights on value and volume share.

• Support other departments, such as Commercial Innovation, by providing analytical reports on channels, pricing, segments, and other commercial data needs.

• Contribute to the rollout of Lighthouse, Diageo’s integrated data consolidation platform, ensuring alignment and adoption across teams.

Experience / skills required:

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering          

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, etc.)                                       

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail                                                                   

• Proven ability to develop data reports and dashboards (Poser BI)                                   

• Excellent presentation and communication skills                                                               

• Experience working with databases such.
