Job Summary:
Location: Methodist Fremont Health HospitalResponsibilities:
1. Act as backup to the Department Coordinator to ensure work activities of staff are completed according to departmental standards.
2. Provide training (i.e., 7 Steps Procedure) to ensure understanding of policies and practices.
3. Inspect the work of Service Contractors and employees to ensure compliance of work agreements and MFH value related behavior.
4. Assist developing departmental plans and programs to facilitate information dissemination to staff.
5. Perform the work of staff as needed.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 3pm to 11:30pm with every third weekend
