Position Summary:
Join Fox Factory Vehicles and play a critical role at the center of a fast-paced, high-performance organization where innovation, execution, and growth drive everything we do. This Project Manager role serves as a key partner to senior leadership within Performance Vehicles Development (PVD), helping lead cross-functional initiatives that support product development, operational excellence, strategic growth, and business performance. Working across operations, engineering, supply chain, sales, finance, and product teams, this role helps turn strategy into action—driving projects from concept through execution while supporting executive priorities in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment. This role goes beyond traditional project management, serving as a critical business support function that helps steer priorities, improve processes, and drive disciplined execution across the organization. Position Responsibilities:
Strategic Program & Project Leadership
Lead and coordinate high-impact cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timing, scope, and performance objectives are achieved.
Establish and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, risk mitigation plans, and executive dashboards.
Drive accountability across functions including operations, supply chain, engineering, product, sales, and finance.
Support execution of strategic initiatives tied to growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
Business & Cost Steering
Support project and program financial oversight, including budget tracking, cost analysis, and resource planning.
Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and mitigate execution risk.
Assist in monitoring business KPIs, project returns, and operational performance against targets.
Support business reviews, operating cadences, and strategic planning processes.
Executive Reporting & Communications
Develop high-quality executive presentations, business reviews, and board-level materials.
Prepare regular project status updates, risk summaries, action trackers, and decision-support materials.
Facilitate cross-functional communications to ensure priorities, timing, and responsibilities remain aligned.
Help drive operating rhythm through meeting management, follow-up discipline, and executive action coordination.
Process Improvement & Development
Identify opportunities to improve project management rigor, business processes, and organizational execution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement scalable best practices.
Support development and launch of innovative programs, products, and process enhancements.
Monitor industry and market trends to support adoption of emerging tools and methodologies.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Business Support
Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, helping translate strategy into executable priorities.
Facilitate collaboration across teams, removing roadblocks and driving decision velocity.
Help ensure teams have the information, tools, and support needed for effective execution.
Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen long-term business performance.
Skills, Qualifications & Core Competencies:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, or related field required; or equivalent experience in a related field
3+ years of progressive project or program management experience, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
PMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable results.
Strong financial and operational acumen, including cost management and KPI-based decision making.
Advanced executive presentation skills; high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required.
Strong understanding of structured project management tools and methodologies.
Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, matrixed environment preferred.
Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar) preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Primarily headquarters-based role with regular in-office collaboration and flexibility for remote/work-from-home arrangements as business needs allow.
Light travel required (approximately 10–15%) for periodic visits to manufacturing sites, dealer partners, key meetings, and business events.
Frequent collaboration across multiple locations and cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, product, finance, and executive leadership.
Comfortable operating across multiple sites and time zones, with flexibility to support key meetings and business priorities as needed.
Fast-paced, dynamic environment aligned with a global performance brand, requiring adaptability, sound judgment, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Work performed in a professional office or home-office environment with regular use of computer, phone, and video conferencing tools.
