UACL Logistics, LLC a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holding, Inc. is currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator!

UACL Logistics provides trucking solutions: Flatbed, Van, Over Dimensional, Oilfield, Reefer and Logistics Services throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. As one of the strongest truckload carriers in the nation UACL Logistics, LLC has the ability to provide transportation services for our customers, agents, and owner operators. Our stability and experience within the industry has been proven with our continued growth, year after year.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Bachelor Degree preferred but not required
• One year experience in a related office setting
• A strong desire to build a career in Supply Chain, Sales, or Logistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortability on the phone with potential agents
• Ability to independently solve problems and see them through to resolution
• Keen interest in researching, generating and finding leads
• Ability to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform research on current market competitors, potential agents, and opportunities to increase business
• Generate strong leads to pass along to DBDs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agents while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
• Drive operational efficiencies to improve sales strategy and processes within the department
• Manage and take ownership of own leads, seeing them through to the questionnaire stage
• Maintain and exceed sales KPIs as set out by department
