The Installation Administrator is responsible for importing and managing job data from the sales CRM into internal systems to ensure accurate and timely project setup. This role supports the installation team by maintaining data integrity, coordinating job details, and ensuring all required information is properly documented for efficient project execution. This position collaborates with service managers, office staff, sales staff, field technicians, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth and profitable projects from start to finish.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Import jobs from Sales CRM to technician ticket.
Identify and resolve discrepancies between sales information and operational requirements by coordinating with sales representatives and management.
Ensure sales documents has appropriate information for installation team.
Communicate proactively with all internal teams regarding missing information, updates or changes impacting job setup.
Work under pressure with tight deadlines and demonstrate adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
Answer scheduling inquiries via email and phone.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education/Qualification:
High School diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but no required.
Strong knowledge of appointment confirmation, rescheduling processes, and recordkeeping practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Other Duties:
Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Pay:
$25 to $27 DOE.
