Job Summary: The Special Loans Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely updates to loan data within the servicing system, specifically for Loan Modifications, Adjustable-Rate Mortgages (ARMs), Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) adjustments, and Assumptions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage a high volume of complex tasks, respond to internal and investor inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and maintain ARM indices in the servicing system.

  • Execute scheduled ARM adjustments, generate borrower notices, and verify accurate payment updates.

  • Audit loan data against original loan documentation, including ARM Riders and Notes.

  • Perform ARM loan audits, resolve exceptions, and process corrections using the ARM Loan Workstation.

  • Review and process SCRA protections by auditing the DMDC report and updating loan records via the Military Service Relief Workstation.

  • Monitor PRA, and recast eligibility; implement system changes as needed.

  • Implement system changes on qualifying Assumptions as needed.

  • Conduct document to data review for any new loan boardings, on ARM, Interest Only, and Step Rate products

  • Conduct research and implement system updates in response to internal or investor inquiries.

  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and ensuring data accuracy.

  • Maintain and update departmental policies and procedures as necessary.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency.

  • This is an on-site hybrid position .
