At Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, we’re building more than outpatient clinics — we’re creating career pathways for physical therapists who want growth, mentorship, leadership, and long-term opportunities.

Our clinicians have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.

Compensation:

  • $90,000 to $110,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)
  • If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 bi-weekly ($31,000 annually).
  • Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

Full-time not your thing, but looking for a few extra hours a week? We would still love to chat about part-time or per diem opportunities we may have at our nearby clinics!

What we look for:

  • License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Eagerness to grow & learn
  • Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of your standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.)
  • Team player
