Job Summary:

Location: Center Pointe Professional Plaza

Work Schedule: 20 hours/week, flexible shifts Mon - Fri between 7:00am - 3:30pm

Provides administrative and clinical support to Community Counseling staff and clients.

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions

1. Actively participates in cognitive therapy groups, individual therapy, family therapy, crisis intervention, assessments, and public education presentations under the supervision of a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner.

2. Provides administrative support to include completing client documentation, data entry and customer service support via phone and in person with clients.

20 hours/week, flexible shifts Mon - Fri between 7:00am - 3:30pm

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in health/human services, counseling, or social work field required.

  • Currently enrolled in good standing in a Master’s Degree counseling program from an accredited university required.

  • Current MOU/Agreement is in place between Methodist Hospital and the University, required.
