We're looking fora proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to support our middle market accounts. If you have some experience in insurance - whether in small business, personal lines, or commercial - and you're known for your customer service skills, accuracy, and willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

In this Insurance Assistant role you will:

• Assist Account Managers in maintaining client accounts
• Document client correspondence and policy activity
• Send and track policy changes and endorsements
• Review policy documents for accuracy and completeness
• Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage
• Jump in to support the team with other tasks as needed

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience.
• Some insurance experience (commercial, personal lines, or small business)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Bonus skills:

• Familiarity with AMS360
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
