JD – Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE) – Roads & Highways

Qualification: BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering
Experience: 5–12 years in Roads/Highway projects (NHAI/SH/NH/Expressway preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Resident Engineer in supervision of highway construction works.

• Monitor execution of earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, shoulders & drainage.

• Ensure compliance with MoRTH / IRC / IS specifications.

• Verify QA/QC tests and material approvals.

• Check measurements, quantities, and contractor bills (RA bills).

• Prepare daily/monthly progress reports and site documentation.

• Coordinate with contractor, client, and site team for smooth execution.

• Ensure safety and quality compliance at site.

Skills: Good knowledge of MoRTH/IRC, QA/QC, reporting, MS Office/AutoCAD.
