Currently, LINC is seeking Material Liaison candidates for our Portland, OR operation.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • 1-3 years work experience in a manufacturing/distribution operation
  • Inventory control and parts monitoring experience preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Public speaking in high visibility/high leverage settings
  • Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail
  • High sense of urgency and responsiveness  
  • Ability to multitask
  • Flexibility in shift
  • A competitive and career-oriented mindset

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Monitoring day to day part and material requirements in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Conducting inventory and quality analysis in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Attending high level daily stand-up meetings with the customer while serving as the Universal focal for updates and help-needed opportunities
  • Working with customer to determine future state daily requirements by using demand forecasts to optimize warehouse supply chain and flow of material to assembly (conveyance requirements, etc.)
  • Acting as the main communication point between the warehouse/dock and the customer
  • Additional tasks as determined by management and/or customer
