We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Technician to perform standardized quality control checks, ensuring our products meet company, industry, and customer satisfaction standards for safety and quality. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced automotive logistics environment.

Day shift: 7am – 5:30pm

Four 10hr, shifts

Weekly pay

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect goods and products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Develop and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
  • Ensure all test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly (if required by the customer
  • Identify quality issues and report inconsistencies to the Quality Coordinator/Supervisor
  • Analyze test data, draft quality reports, and recommend improvements
  • Maintain ISO 9001 compliance while supporting process improvements
  • Ability to work independently while keeping Quality Coordinator and leadership informed to ensure quality assurance without delaying production
  • Assist in customer complaint investigations and corrective actions
  • Assist in investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or logistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent visual awareness and attention to detail
  • Experience working with measurement tools and test data
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); WMS/ERP systems a plus
  • Ability to interpret technical information and draft detailed reports
  • High level of organization and ability to work independently
  • Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced production setting
  • Quality certifications are a bonus but not required
