Hercules Concrete is looking for a Concrete Plant Maintenance to perform maintenance on our Concrete Mixing, Construction Equipment, and Fleet!

What We Offers:

• Starting Pay: $35-$40+/hr (depending on experience)

• 10k sign on bonus for experienced Concrete Plant Maintenance *(1 or more years)

Responsibilities Include:

• Repair, Diagnose, and maintain all plant concrete mixing equipment along with other vehicle and operating equipment (skids, loader, conveyor belts, mixer drums, etc.)
• Repair diesel trucks, trailers and heavy equipment in a timely and efficient manner
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper working condition
• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery
• Repairing and troubleshooting of major components such as engine, transmission, and differentials
• Previous experience in electrical wiring, control panels, and circuit boards, compressors, valves, etc.
• Landing gear/Tire repair
• Performing routine building maintenance
• Welding and Metal Fabrication on plant as need
• Must be able to work varying shift times or day and Weekends as required

Job Requirements:

• 6+months of experience desired
• Basic set of tools
• Valid Driver’s License with the ability to travel to different Concrete plants in the Metro Detroit area as necessary.
