Universal is seeking a Dock Clerk for full-time direct hire positions in our Greer, SC facility. We are seeking motivated candidates to work in a team environment that possess a great attitude and a desire to succeed. Gate/Guard Shack Clerk Duties Include:

• Checking trailers in and out of the yard
• Assigning magnetic tags to trailers
• Verify contents of trailers in and out of yard
• Remove magnetic tag before trailer exits the yard
• Use PINC yard management system to ensure all trailers are accounted for
• Applicants must have a car, as job entails driving around the yard.

Rack and Traffic Clerk

• Data entry clerk position within the Rack office and Front Office working the window,
• Must be able to work with the drivers at the front window and close out inbound and outbound paperwork.
• The candidates must be able to work in Microsoft office and have data entry experience.

Freight Office Clerk

• Data entry clerk position within the Freight office working the window,
• Must be able to work with the Forklift operators at the front window passing out paperwork, keeping track of load weights, attaching the routes to the doors via computer and assisting with the PINC system for the yard.
• The candidates must be able to work in Microsoft office and have data entry experience.

Schedule:

1st shift 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

2nd shift 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Four- 10 hour work day shift

3 rotating days off

Pay Range $21.00 for 1st shift and $22.00 for 2nd shift
