About the Job:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care to patients. Supervising care treatment and services of patient care provided by LPNs, CNAs and other staff on assigned unit and shift. Developing, implementing, and evaluating an individual plan of care for each client. Assessment and re-assessment of patients. Communicating appropriate information with the interdisciplinary team. Reporting client concerns and changes in condition to supervisor and/or physician in a timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

💼 What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)

• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (behavioral health or addiction recovery preferred)

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN license (IN or compact state)

• Psychiatric Nursing Certification a plus!

🩺 What You'll Be Doing

You’ll provide compassionate, comprehensive care to individuals on their recovery journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing physical and behavioral health needs

• Developing and implementing nursing care plans

• Administering medications and monitoring lab results

• Accurately documenting and transcribing physician orders

• Educating clients and families on medication and care

• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and the treatment team

• Supporting detox and crisis interventions

• Providing accurate hand-offs and thorough documentation

You’ll also help foster a safe, therapeutic environment and actively participate in unit meetings, therapy groups, and family sessions as appropriate.
