We are privately owned and have been servicing manufacturing & retail companies of all sizes for almost 90 years now. With over 200 locations around the country, we pride ourselves on the continuous expansions that we have made and are still making strides to improve our operation systems to better service our wide network of clientele.

The Licensing Coordinator will maintain physical and electronic records for the licensing group. They will assist with the onboarding of new equipment and work with buyers of sale equipment to insure proper documentation is maintained and systems are updated.

Shift: M-F 0730-1730

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000/annually

Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Maintain and update detailed equipment information in the equipment database as well as physical licensing files

· Assist in new equipment onboarding requirements

· Assist in identifying equipment to be sold

· Provide invoices and necessary documents to buyers of sale equipment

· Work with equipment purchasing groups and auction houses on sale of retired equipment and follow up on payment, documentation and delivery of sold equipment

· Update sold equipment in databases

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

· Strong organization skills

· High aptitude for technology

· The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented

· Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills

· Moderate proficiency in Microsoft office applications

· An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required
