Roles and Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Every day, you’ll make a difference by providing individualized, trauma-informed treatment that helps patients rebuild their lives:
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment and discharge plans.
Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions using psychotherapeutic techniques to address emotional and behavioral needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to recommend interventions and ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop specialized therapy groups or program modules tailored to patient needs.
Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to patients and families in acute distress.
Connect patients with community resources including housing, employment, legal, and social support services.
Coordinate aftercare and discharge planning, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of care beyond treatment.
What You Bring
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology (required)
At least one year of experience providing therapy across diverse age groups
Skilled in clinical interviewing, assessment, and treatment planning using the DSM
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary environment
Compassionate, patient-centered approach with commitment to ethical, trauma-informed care
Active or eligible state licensure as a professional therapy provider (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
