Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous QMA experience preferred, but not required
Licensure & Certifications
Current QMA licensure required

What You’ll Do
As a QMA, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, supportive, and dignified care for our clients. Daily responsibilities include:
Medication Administration & Monitoring
Prepare, administer, and document medications following approved standards.
Monitor vital signs, observe client responses, and report any unusual or adverse reactions.
Provide timely written and verbal reports related to medication administration and changes in client condition.
Client Care & Support
Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and linen changes.
Participate in treatment plans as directed by nursing and clinical leadership.
Respond promptly to emergency alerts in accordance with facility policies.
Teamwork & Facility Support
Support dietary, housekeeping, laundry, and activity departments as needed.
Receive and give shift reports to ensure smooth care transitions.
Assist with training CNA/QMA team members during their orientation period.
Adapt to changes in assignments and duties as needed.
