Reports To: Operations Manager Seasonal Services
JOB SUMMARY: The Enhancement Crew Member is responsible for various seasonal maintenance projects based on the seasonality of the industry.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions:
Conduct seasonal maintenance projects including spring and fall cleanup, personal gardening, commercial care, exterior maintenance, seasonal color and containers
Primarily, perform personal gardening and exterior maintenance, including weeding, watering, pruning, planting, transplanting or relocating
Follow safety and technical standards
Perform equipment maintenance
Work flexible hours in all weather conditions to accommodate the seasonality of the industry

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must have valid First-Aid and CPR cards or be willing to obtain one
Must be professional in appearance and actions
Must be well organized with the ability to multi-task
If no prior experience, the willingness and self motivation to learn
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Ability to reach, climb, kneel, lift (up to 50 lbs.) and walk for extended periods of time
Excellent communication skills
Ability to read and complete daily paperwork
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors
