What Will You Be Doing?

• Update pricing and verbiage on printed collateral and website
• Create flyers using templates
• Create web landing pages using Wordpress templates
• Assist with branding updates
• Print Collateral
• Weekly Sales Printing / Material Requests
• Order Lot Signs, Business Cards, Etc.
• Assist with video and photography as needed
• Organize the marketing closet twice a week, before and after Monday Sales Meetings
• Organizing all Community Events with CSMs
• Edit/submit new flyer requests for CSMs to Marketing Coordinator
• Audit the website daily- community information, H2 taglines, sales office addresses, model hours, plans, pricing, etc.
• Gather Spec Photos from CSMs every Monday and upload to the DAM

What Will You Bring?

• High School diploma
• 2 years Collegiate Coursework (Junior / Senior Grade Level)
• Coursework in Marketing preferred
• Strong Analytical and software
• Engaging communicator and collaborator
• Diligent project and task management skills
