Work Schedule:
Full-time 40 hours per week M-FThe VP, Clinical Lab Operation’s primary responsibilities are to manage the workflow of the laboratory operational division to achieve the goals set forth by the organization's senior management team as it relates to daily operations. Directs and coordinates activities of the technical and clinical support areas of HNL.
This position will have oversight in the Philadelphia region.

Education/Experience:
Ph.D. or Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software and Spreadsheet software.
Executive Presence:
As a member of the senior executive management team, must exhibit an executive presence earning the respect of colleagues and subordinates alike.
