Arbor Homes is seeking a Project Manager. At Arbor Homes, our mission is to make homeownership a reality for as many people as possible, especially those who never thought it was attainable. This role collaborates with all divisions with respect to Arrival and across all departments, including land, marketing, sales, purchasing, data, construction, and customer experience.

What Will You Be Doing?
Product Development and Management:
Contribute to determining features and options included in Arrival floor plans to maximize affordability and appeal.
Collaborate with architecture, construction, purchasing, and operations teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction in the building processes.
City and Community Engagement:
Work with city planners, government officials, and community stakeholders to gain approvals for attainable housing projects.
Advocate for and educate stakeholders on the benefits of attainable housing to foster community support.
Marketing and Sales Alignment:
Partner with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for Arrival.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective communication of Arrival’s value proposition.
Cross-Divisional Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between Arbor Homes’ divisions in Indianapolis, IN, Cincinnati/Dayton, OH, Columbus, OH, Louisville, KY, and Summit in Kansas City, MO.
Facilitate the sharing of best practices and ensure consistent implementation of Arrival strategies across regions.
Strategic Mission Alignment:
Align efforts with Arbor Homes’ goal for attainable housing to represent 30% of the company’s business by 2029.
Contribute insights and recommendations to improve attainability, affordability, and approval processes for housing projects.
What Will You Bring?
Experience in homebuilding, urban planning, real estate development, or related fields.
Strong ability to collaborate across diverse teams and disciplines.
Knowledge of housing affordability challenges and solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for making a positive impact on individuals and communities through attainable housing.
