Duties / Responsibilities:
- Help answer phones and questions
- Meet with homeowners to complete design appointment
- Help with models or put together furniture coming in
- Administrative tasks- sending go reminder to their appointment, confirm date in computer, and put names on welcome screen, send thank you cards, after appointment paperwork
- Change Orders for discontinued or back ordered products
- Design spec homes
- Design Pinterest boards for digital staging
- Audit final paperwork for each other
- Help input for PS client pricing, toggling, and options of new plans and communities
- Get with vendors on samples needed
- Turn cancelled homes into specs by reviewing all options, taking a new picture of options, and doing the paperwork
- Attend product trainings/ studio trainings
- Help plan events held at studio/sales banquet or other functions
