Status: Fulltime/Regular employee
Schedule: Mon. – Fri. 8:00a – 5:00p, with an hour lunch. Occasional overtime and some Saturdays.
Pay: $22.00
Benefits: Full Benefit package including medical, dental, life and disability insurance; paid time-off and holidays.
Reports to: HR/TMX Manager

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:
This position serves as a primary coordinator of all office and administration functions supporting several departments and is the point of contact for visitors, appointments, deliveries, and in-bound phone calls. This position performs multiple administrative duties that strongly contribute to the efficiency of the organization.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

General

  • Utilize professional etiquette to answer multiple phone lines, route calls, take messages, and manage the initial communications.
  • Greet visitors and coordinate guests and scheduled appointments, including following safety protocols.
  • Answer the back gate, monitor security video and activate gate when appropriate
  • Filing, making copies, printing / collating, and any other pertinent administrative responsibilities as assigned.
  • Receive packages and retrieve, open & sort mail
  • Manage office supply inventory
  • Coordinate office equipment maintenance
  • Participate in Quarterly Inventory

Financial Functions

  • Electronically deposit checks
  • Back-up for P-card processes
  • Back-up for Check processes

Team Member Experience (TMX) Support

  • Assist potential candidates with on-line application process
  • B-day/Anni. Cards
  • High 5 submissions
  • United Fund Solicitations
  • Plant Meeting PowerPoint Slides
  • Provide HR support, as needed
  • Provides Wellness program support, as needed

CORE COMPETENCIES AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent customer service skills and able to handle challenging situations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite programs
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time including extended hours in front of a computer screen
  • Continuously requires ability to see, hear and speak English
  • Frequently requires sitting, fine dexterity, and standing
  • Ability to walk on uneven surfaces, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach overhead, work outside and in non- climate-controlled environment, and tolerate exposure to loud noises and machinery, dust and chemicals
  • Lifting up to 20-lbs
