A little about the position:

• Support staff play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for Ski School guests. This position involves a mix of indoor and outdoor responsibilities that contribute to smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction. The following summarizes the responsibilities of a Support Staff team member.
• Assisting with area setup and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
• Supporting Lift Operations and ensuring efficient guest flow.
• Managing rental equipment and facilitating the fitting of ski and snowboard equipment to children aged between 3 & 14.
• Lesson and ticket sales.
• Supervising children in a safe and engaging manner.
• Providing direct support to instructors during lessons and other activities.

Requirements:

• Punctuality and reliability.
• Must be flexible, positive, a team player, work unsupervised and happy to work in variable weather conditions.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Hourly pay: $20.00
